The Unexpected!!
If you had told me a few years ago that one day I'd be obsessively watching YouTube recipes, debating spice levels, and melting Tupperware in the oven (we’ll get there), I would have laughed in your face. Cooking? Me? No way.
I was a girl who took her work seriously—first as a teacher, then as a physics content creator. Creativity? Yes. Passion? Absolutely. But that passion was for explaining Newton’s laws, not for figuring out why onions make you cry (seriously, WHY?).
Then came lockdown. And with it—free time. A dangerous thing.

Once upon a time—okay, not that long ago—I was busy breaking down the mysteries of physics for high school and secondary graders. The laws of motion, quantum mechanics, and the beauty of the cosmos? All under control. But the laws of the kitchen? Now, that was uncharted territory.
Then came the lockdown. Suddenly, the world outside paused, but inside, a new adventure was waiting to unfold—one that involved knives, spices, and a Google Assistant that turned into a personal DJ.
